In his professional career, he has held positions in fund and risk management, treasury and traditional brokerage. A special focus was the hedging of commodity and foreign exchange risks. In this field Thomas Heyden has held various consulting and lecturing positions in the industry.

At Systrade AG, he heads the institutional clients division and structures innovative financing solutions for corporates and proprietary traders. The main focus is on cryptos and algo trading.
