After his studies in business management and economics at the University of Cologne, Thorsten Kraemer set up several companies in the telecommunications and financial services sector, both as and Investor. Last he worked as manager of a hedge fund until 2011, where he was in particular responsible for strategy development and risk management.

Today he lives in his adopted country Switzerland and still acts as a board member of several listed and non-listed stock corporations, contributing his entrepreneurial experience and profound knowledge of the financial markets and financial market regulation.
